The Presbyterian Early Learning Center (PELC) is a play-based child care center devoted to the education and development of young children in a loving, stimulating, and safe environment.

Since 1961, PELC has been providing quality full-time and part-time preschool programs for children 5 months to 6 years of age. Children learn and grow in every aspect of their early years as they become independent thinkers and develop a strong sense of self.
