At last—the All-Church Retreat! All ages are invited to come for a weekend of fellowship and respite. The main purpose of this year's retreat is to build community, offer opportunities for spiritual reflection, and have some fun together!
Mission Springs Details
Mission Springs is located about just north of Santa Cruz in Scotts Valley. The central area, gathering spaces, and Dining Room are flat, well-maintained, and designed to be easily accessible. Hearing assistance devices can be provided during worship and indoor prayer times.
Activities include: campfire pits, full sized sports court, a children's playground, a very large open lawn area, and hiking.

Arrival: You are welcome to arrive as early as 4 pm on Friday. We'll have a registration table setup for you to get checked in. Our first meal in the dining center will be at 5:30 pm.
Departure: Lodging checkout is 9 am. We will have morning worship from 10:30 to 11:30 am followed by lunch, which will be our final activity before departure.
Cost to attend
We have tried to keep the costs as reasonable as possible. However, we do not want costs to be a barrier to attend. Please reach out or indicate on your registration form that you would like financial assistance.
Accomodations & Lodging
The rooms at Mission Springs includes beds of varying configurations and all feature heating, carpeting, hot water, and complimentary linens. Some rooms have bathrooms in them; other rooms are arranged around a central hallway with a shared bathroom.
Families will be assigned rooms that can best accomodate their entire family.
If you are registering as a single person you will be assigned one or two roommates. You may state roommate preferences, assuming you've already spoken with them. Depending on registration numbers, single occupancy can be requested at a later date for an additional $50.
Rates for 2 nights & 6 meals
Standard $300/per adult. Depending on registration numbers, single occupancy can be requested at a later date for an additional $50.
Costs for Children and youth ages 0-18 will be covered by children's and youth ministries.
